Austin Day of Service
Awesome Austin held its April Day of Service with a street clean up on Northwest 7th. Combined school organizations came together to keep the community clean. Organizations included the Choir Club, sponsored by Mr. Paul Cotten (music teacher), The Green Team, sponsored by Miguel Tapia (PE teacher), and the Leadership Through Kindness Club, sponsored by Tonya Womack Campbell (school counselor). Students and staff enjoyed giving back to the community and the much needed exercise.
