Eisenhower Students Learn about Good Choices
Presenters from DATE (Drug, Alcohol and Tobacco Education) spent the day with Eisenhower students talking to them about being drug-free, making good choices and dealing with peer pressures.
Miss Texas Visits Hobbs Williams
Miss Texas, Monique Evans, visited to kick off Red Ribbon Week. She talked to the kids about making healthy choices, being kind to others and with perseverance you can do anything. She told them it took her four times to win Miss Texas and with the scholarships she received, she can go to college to be a doctor.
