Daniels Muffins with Moms
The moms at David Daniels enjoyed a variety of muffins and juice and was able to spend quality time with their children at the annual Muffins with Mom event. This being Anti-bully Month, the school counselor, Mrs. Mays, used this opportunity to discuss bully prevention with parents and students.
De Zavala Hands
Mrs. Glover and Ms. McGriff, counselors at De Zavala, work towards a bully-free campus. Students placed their signed hands and pledged to "Take a Stand, Lend a Hand, Stop Bullying." Students and teachers in grades K - 5 signed their name and made the pledge to lend a hand and stop bullying. Students see their hands every day as they go by the library; this serves as a reminder of their pledge to stop bullying.
Moseley Donates
Moseley's counselor would like to thank students, parents, and staff for their generous donations of coats and blankets for those in need. Way to soar, Thunderbirds!
