Garner Fine Arts Academy students participated in the GenTX Week daily theme by wearing camouflage to show support for our military troops.

Austin students and staff are showing how they are ready for any college and career. Hats off to colleges and careers.
Moseley students and staff kicked off GenTX Week by showing off their college gear.

Lone Star State School Counselor Association presented three Grand Prairie schools with the esteemed 2018 LSSSCA Bronze Award.  At the yearly conference LSSSCA conveyed these honors to:
- South Grand Prairie High School
- Jackson Middle School
- Lee Elementary School
These school counselors worked hard to achieve this level and will be working towards their Silver Award next year.
SGPHS counselors received the Lone Star State School Counselor Association Bronze Award at this year’s conference. We are thankful for the support of our Director Dana Jackson, Principal Donna Grant, and Associate Principal Laigha Boyle. We love serving our Warrior family.
During GenTX Week K-5 students at De Zavala commit themselves to going to college. Counselors Mrs. Glover and Ms. McGriff created banners that read "The Road to College Starts Now" for all grade levels to sign. Students have heard the counselors talk about going to college and future careers during their November lessons. De Zavala Lions are College Bound!
Teachers and students at Hobbs Williams celebrate GenTX Week with the theme: Success is Paired with Perseverance (twin day). We even had some triplets in the mix.
