Harlem Globetrotter at Adams

Melvin Adams, an NCAA All-American basketball player, professional basketball competitor and member of the world famous Harlem Globetrotters spoke to Adams Middle School students about new beginnings, self worth and empathy towards others.

GPFAA Senior Seminar
The GPFAA counselors had their first meeting with the Senior Class of 2018. The guidance lesson detailed the college application process and upcoming events. Thanks to Mrs. Blanca McGee for planning this important session.

Mr. Lockridge from GP's Bosscuts Barbershop donated a box of school supplies to our amazing students. The supplies are packaged and ready to be distributed to students in need. Thank you, Mr. Lockridge, for supporting our students and our school with your donation.

GPFAA counselors are preparing for the first day of school by spreading kindness. The Friends of Rachel Club will welcome students by throwing kindness like confetti. We want to send a huge thank you to Mrs. Beatriz Beccera, school secretary, for always sharing a kind word.

GPCI Prepares for College

GPCI seniors are getting ready for college. School counselor Mrs. Swanigan met with the first senior class and went over the college process. Scholars were able to research scholarships and colleges on Career Cruising. They also submitted at least one college application.
