Dickinson Keeps Grand Prairie Beautiful
The Dickinson Kindness and Compassion Club invited students and teachers to make our community "Green and Clean" by picking up trash at Winsom Park for the April Month of Service project.
De Zavala Day of Service
The students at De Zavala Elementary showed what they have learned throughout the year about kindness and compassion through Rachel's Challenge by participating in Days of Service. The counselors, Ms. McGriff and Mrs. Glover, put together several Days of Service. Kindergarten students picked up trash around the school grounds, and third grade students pulled weeds from in and around garden beds. We can't wait to see how our school is beautified once the other grades do their part. Way to go, Lions!
