Moseley Kindness Week

Moseley Elementary art students, with the help of visual arts specialist Ms. Bishop and her UTA student teacher Ms. Martinez, kicked off Kindness Week early on Friday by creating giant collage worlds with painted paper to show that "Kindness is contagious!" They pledge to show kindness everywhere. These collaborative collages are displayed around the school as reminders to be kind. Ms. Green, Moseley's school counselor, is helping the teachers and students find ways to incorporate discussions about kindness in all subject areas this week.

Eisenhower Volunteers

Eisenhower Elementary administrators, counselors, parent liaison, and PTA joined together to speak to prospective volunteers. There was a great turnout and some even received assistance in completing their online application immediately following the meeting. We are excited about all the volunteers that came out to learn about volunteering at our school.
