#April - Month of Service

BEES and CEES Celebrate Day of Service

Bonham Early Education School and Crockett Early Education School celebrated Earth Day by making bird feeders for our gardens, a token from our youngest learners to give back.

Hobbs Williams Day of Service

Some 5th graders and members of the KC club at Williams picked up trash around the school for Earth Day. They had a lot of fun keeping their school beautiful.

Day of Service at Seguin

Mr. Cardin’s 4th grade class represented on Earth Day at the garden. His class is proud to be part of the Tomatoshpere this year, growing tomato seeds that have possibly been in outer space. Students are researching the effects of seeds being kept in outer space and how they might grow differently.

SGP Day of Service

SGP participated in GPISD’s Day of Service by making mats for the homeless, picking up trash around campus and making pallet benches for our garden area. Thank you to our local Starbucks for teaming up with our staff and students to make this day a complete success. Thank you as well to our Green and Clean and Volunteer clubs. We look forward to our upcoming projects.
