Moseley Kindness Crew member, Amos, cannot contain his excitement over the number of blankets we collected during our blanket drive last week. This week, we continue our month-long drive titled "Spread the Love" by collecting pants/shorts and shirts.

Truman Teacher of the Month Crystal Lopez was presented with a gift by our Kindness Crew Vice-President.
Dickinson students wrote encouraging notes on “heart” leaves for our Kindness Tree. We also had students, staff, and parents sign our pledge to #BEKINDGPISD.

Crosswind's counselor, Mrs. Peterman, facilitated an activity with our students to bring awareness to Teen Dating Violence. Helpful tips to recognize patterns of an unhealthy relationship and strategies to prevent dating violence were shared.

Moseley's counselor delivered February's SEL lesson to third graders.  Students learned the positive impact of being kind in their relationships.

YMLA's Kindness Crew rewarded students for their contribution in donating warm scarves, gloves, and hats to those in need.  Students from Ms. Tubbs' and Gibbs' class donated over 100 items and received a pizza party from their counselors Randle and Campbell (RC COLA), and Bricia Hernandez (KC Sponsor).  #BeKindGPISD Video
